Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for the ‘India to USA Visa Map’ eBook (covering F-1, H-1B, B1/B2, L-1, O-1 visas) are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the digital product has not been downloaded. To request cancellation, contact help@selfvisa.info with your order details.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only if the eBook is inaccessible due to a technical error on our part (e.g., broken download link) within 7 days of purchase.
- To request a refund, email Help@selfvisa.info with your order number and proof of issue (e.g., screenshot of error).
- Refund processing takes 10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method, minus any transaction fees.
- Once downloaded, the eBook is non-refundable due to its digital nature.
Exceptions
No refunds or cancellations will be granted after 24 hours or if the eBook has been accessed, except in cases of proven technical failure. Contact Help@selfvisa.info for case-by-case review.
